New chancellor Javier Reyes: 'As we came out of COVID, things changed. UMass is ready.'

The University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees on Thursday unanimously approved Javier Reyes as the next chancellor at UMass Amherst. Reyes is currently the interim chancellor of the University of Illinois Chicago.
