New Book: British-Jamaican Author Predicts Racial Civil War In America

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) - Wendy Shaia, an activist, social worker, author, and educator from Baltimore, Maryland, has predicted in her new Black dystopian fantasy novel that in the year 2024 there will be a racial civil war in America between Blacks and whites. Shaia, a British-Jamaican, is currently teaching at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
