New Alexandria police sergeant named

Alexandria Police Officer Jason Rosha was promoted to sergeant at the Alexandria City Council meeting Monday night.
Alexandria Police Chief Scott Kent and the city’s Civil Service Commission recommended Rosha for the job, after conducting a three-phase process that included two oral interviews and an assessment with an independent consultant.
