It’s been nearly a year and a half since Apple last released a set of AirPods wireless earbuds (the over-ear AirPods Max notwithstanding), and if you were waiting for a refresh before buying a pair, you got some bad news today when respected Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed that Apple likely won’t start manufacturing AirPods 3 until the second half of the year.
