HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - A burglary suspect was shot by police during a foot pursuit in Henderson and is now in stable condition, authorities said.
Henderson Police Capt. Kirk Moore told reporters after the shooting that detectives were conducting surveillance on a man wanted for multiple burglaries. The man was not identified.
Police said officers attempted to stop him around 9 p.m. but the suspect fled authorities on foot. During the pursuit, the suspect allegedly pulled out a firearm, authorities said.
