Nelson board asks for approval on bond for $35 million

Nelson County Board of Supervisors members Ernie Reed and David Parr asked the Economic Development Authority (EDA) recently to approve a $35 million bond for a new Department of Social Services (DSS) building and to renovate the Nelson middle and high school buildings.
