Nellie's hires new manager to focus on concerns of LGBTQ+ people of color

Nellie's Sports Bar in D.C. announced Friday that they have hired a new manager after being closed for more than a month following a viral video that caught a woman being dragged by a former security vendor.
The sports bar posted about the new hiring on their Facebook page. They say Ruby Corado was named as the new manager.
"She will assist in ensuring that all of Nellie's staff receive ongoing diversity sensitivity and inclusion training -- with a focus on the concerns of LGBTQ+ people of color," they wrote on their post.
