Neighbours – A New Chapter review: A clunky, convoluted comeback for the soap that should never have been given a second life

Nobody wants to say mean things about Neighbours (RTÉ One). By all accounts, last year’s finale, among the highest-rated episode in its 37-year history, provided a charming send-off for the beloved Australian soap.
