A 16-year-old student preparing for the NEET exam died by suicide in Kota, Rajasthan, bringing the total number of such cases in the coaching hub to 25 this year. The reason for the student's suicide is yet to be determined. Kota has become a center for test preparation in India, with an estimated worth of ₹10,000 crores annually. The district administration has issued orders to suspend all tests in coaching centers for the next two months due to the surge in suicides.
