Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today addressed the Medhavi Chhatra Samman Samaroh organized by Amar Ujala Group in Srinagar.
The Lt Governor felicitated the meritorious students of class 10th and 12th and congratulated them for their achievement.
