nclt: Delhi Gymkhana members cry foul as NCLT defers extraordinary general meeting indefinitely

Senior members of the club allege NCLTs action was biased and has made a mockery of the company's law. Club members now plan to move to NCLAT. The government-appointed council says members were trying to subvert NCLT orders through EGM.
