NCLT Bengaluru admits IndusInd bank's insolvency plea against Cafe Coffee Day

The tribunal allowed an application filed by IndusInd Bank which claimed the company had an outstanding debt of ₹67.3 crores and appointed Shailendra Ajmera as IRP.
