NCLAT suspends Finolex order after SC orders probe against tribunal

On October 13, the court has asked NCLAT chairperson Justice (retd) Ashok Bhushan to conduct an inquiry whether a bench of the appellate tribunal defied the court's order. The report will be submitted by 5pm on October 16
