NCDRC Asks Mumbai-based CCI Projects To Pay Delay Compensation to Home-buyers

Refuting a builder's claim that delay compensation is not admissible under the law, the national consumer disputes redressal commission (NCDRC) directed Mumbai-based CCI Projects Pvt Ltd to pay delay compensation in the form of interest at 6% per annum on the deposits from the home buyers.
