NC obstruction makes PM Dahal unable to address joint sitting of both the houses of federal parliament

KATHMANDU, May 15: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal was unable to table a copy of President Ram Chandra Paudel's address to the joint sitting of both houses of the federal parliament and thank President Poudel due to the protest of the main opposition party.
