NC Central students wanted in connection to campus shooting surrender to police, officials say

NC Central officials said Jayiana Mitchell, E’Rico Hill and Keyatta Carmichael voluntarily surrendered to the NCCU Police Department. They have been charged with conspiring to commit armed robbery.
