A man has faced court, accused of hitting two men with a car at West Kempsey on the mid north coast.
Yesterday afternoon at around 3.40pm, police say the 34-year-old pulled into the driveway of a home on Eric Kennedy street where he was approached by another man.
Following an argument, he allegedly rammed the man with his Mitsubishi Pajero.
The 23-year-old ran from the scene with minor injuries.
The driver then allegedly smashed into a mailbox, a wheelie bin and several fences before running over a second man, aged 46.
That man suffered a suspected fractured pelvis, a punctured lung and internal bleeding.
