OKOBOJI, Iowa — Wildfire and its place in nature will be the subject’s of Friday’s “Fire on the Prairie” themed Family Nature Night. The program will meet in the amphitheater just outside the Nature Center on the south side, and the event will have time slots at 5 p.m. and at 7 p.m. with a limit of 10 families per program.
“We’re excited to teach about wildfires and prescribed fires while emphasizing fire safety,” Environmental Education Coordinator Bryanna Kuhlman said.
