Another one bites the dust. Another large indoor gathering of farmers that is, this time the national Farm Machinery Show at the Kentucky Exposition Center. The show and Championship Tractor Pull are normally held in mid-February. This year dates were first delayed to the end of March and first days of April, but Thursday’s announcement cancels it altogether due to the COVD-19 pandemic. Show management says the largest indoor farm show in the country is postponed until February 16-19, 2022.
President and CEO of Kentucky Venues, David S. Beck says postponement is the best way to keep guests, exhibitors and coworkers safe and healthy during this uncertain time. He added that postponing the National Farm Machinery Show and tractor pull was a decision made in consultation with exhibitors, pullers, sponsors, and even attendees.
