National Day of Mourning in the territories? Yukon says yea, N.W.T. says nay

In a statement, N.W.T. Premier Cochrane said the N.W.T.'s public service taking the day off would have "far-reaching" impacts. Meanwhile, the Yukon government says public schools will be closed along with territorial government services.
