National Cancer Strategy 'a plan without action', Oireachtas committee hears

Cancer outcomes for patients in Ireland ‘may have stagnated or even disimproved’ as a result of the Government’s failure to adequately fund the National Cancer Strategy, an Oireachtas committee has heard.
