U.S. stocks traded higher midway through trading, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 50 points on Wednesday. The Dow traded up 0.17% to 37,588.15 while the NASDAQ rose 0.34% to 14,908.42. The S&P 500 also rose, gaining, 0.21% to 4,766.64.
