Napa takes legal action against derelict downtown home

Brown Street residents have long worried about a derelict house on the downtown street, which appears like it could cave in or fall over at any moment. The structure, at 1938 Brown Street, used to be a small apartment complex, but has sat empty since it was scorched in a 2015 fire. Now, the city is taking legal action against the home's owner to address the concerns.
