The first fund drive of the new Montgomery County United Way is off to a great start. At a kick-off breakfast Friday morning United Way in Montgomery County Area Director Gina Haile introduced this year’s campaign chair, Nancy Sennett.
“Nancy has such a respected voice,” Haile told The Paper. “Her partnership and commitment to work with me and this organization to ensure that the legacy of MUFFY is acknowledged and built on means so much as we create another 50 years going forward.”
Sennett, who retired from Franciscan Health as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer after 32 years with the hospital, said she accepted this role for one reason.
