The Namibian Parliamentary Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence, and Security has recently recommended that Namibia confront Botswana over the killing of its citizens by the Botswana Defence Force (BDF). This recommendation comes after the committee conducted a trip to the Zambezi region to assess the security situation along the border between Namibia and Botswana. The committee's findings have been presented in a report that is currently under consideration by Parliament.
