Nagpur: In the wake of rising COVID-19 cases in Nagpur, the authorities on Thursday announced a complete lockdown in Maharashtra's city from March 15 to 21.
According to Nagpur Guardian Minister Nitin Raut, only essential services (such as vegetable shops and milk booths) will remain open during the lockdown.
The lockdown will be imposed in all the areas that fall under the Nagpur Police Commissionerate.
During the lockdown in Nagpur, private offices will stay shut while government offices will work at 25 per cent capacity, announced Raut.
