Dimapur, Sep. 23 (EMN): As the people looked up to legal fraternity with respect for dispensing justice, former MLA and chairman of Nagaland Khadi and Village Industries Board (NKVID), Dr. Neiphrezo Keditsu, encouraged the law students to be more realistic and practical in life to take the society forward. Dr. Keditsu stated this during the 43rd fresher’s meet of Kohima Law College on September 23 held at the Red Cross conference hall in Kohima on the theme “Venturing proficiency into legal fraternity.” Dr. Keditsu, who was the guest speaker, termed the law students as most fortunate as their study would lead them to an independent profession compared to the present scenario of unemployment problems in the state, an update from the college stated. “This is one profession one has to be honest, hard working and having integrity as the profession is termed as a noble profession. Starting from you and me let us face the reality and not just expecting everything from government and be practical in our deeds,” he said.
