Nagaland becomes second State in India to implement Teach Tool

Dimapur, September 22 (MExN): Nagaland is the second State after Andhra Pradesh to implement Teach Tool in the country. This was informed by Thavaseelan K (IAS), Project Director, NECTAR Project on Friday.
