Dimapur, Oct. 29 (EMN): A three-day 4th Naga missionary conference, organised by the Nagaland Mission Movement (NMM), mission department of NBCC, held at Sangtam Baptist Church, Dimapur, on the theme “One mission, one movement” concluded on October 23. An update from NMM stated that the speakers of the conference were Rev. Prof. Akheto Sema, general secretary of CBCNEI; Rev. Dr. Zelhou Keyhou, NBCC general secretary; Khochobeni Odyuo, missionary to Kenya; Rev. Asinlo Khing, missionary to Siliguri; Rev. I Wati, pastor of DABA; while the resource persons of the workshops were Rev. Dr. Wati Longkumer, chairman of India Mission Coordination Committee; and advocate Loreign Ovung, allied lawyer of ADF India. It stated that a total of 255 missionaries from India, Nepal, Bhutan and Myanmar along with around 1000 delegates from churches attended the conference. It added that the conference was a great time of coming together for the missionaries and the churches to share, listen and learn first-hand stories of the missionaries and also to pray for each other. NMM has expressed gratitude to all the associations under NBCC, the host church, sponsoring churches and donors who have rendered their support in making the conference a success.
