NAACP calls for answers, transparency after Windsor police pepper spray Army officer during traffic stop

The calls for action came during a press conference held near the gas station where Army 2nd Lt. Caron Nazario was pulled over by Windsor police last December. Two officers drew guns, threatened and pepper sprayed Nazario before letting him go without any charges.
