On Monday, he even told his mother he might just take a break.
But when he was packing up after a photoshoot that night, he felt his phone buzzing. Dings followed. A quick glance revealed a confounding tweet.
“Wake up,” someone told him. “Oprah’s reaching out to you!”
He had no idea why anyone was mentioning Oprah, why his notifications were blowing up, or what it all could mean. Then he scrolled.
