A Bergen County man was arrested Tuesday and charged with groping two women in separate incidents last week in Rutherford.
Dennis Kwiecinski, 28, of Lyndhurst, faces two counts of criminal sexual contact and is being held in the Bergen County Jail pending a court hearing, according to police and jail records.
“Investigators were able to compile significant surveillance footage from the areas (and) several witness statements showing the suspect and his vehicle just prior to and just after the incidents,” police Chief John R. Russo said in a statement.
