Gov. Phil Murphy on Monday did lift the state’s outdoor mask mandate and said he may ease indoor masking in the coming weeks. But he insisted that it’s still too soon for vaccinated New Jerseyans to get rid of masks even though the state’s number’s are improving as vaccinations continue.
