For Russian servicemen who did not shoot at peaceful Ukrainians and do not want to do this, but cannot return because of the likelihood facing a barrage fire from their colleagues, a special "hot line" will be opened, Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration head Vitaliy Kim has said.
