MyCC fails to get leave to appeal Grab Holdings case

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has dismissed an application by the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) to appeal the decision of the Court of Appeal to allow Grab Holdings Inc and its subsidiaries to commence judicial review to challenge the Commission’s proposed imposition of a RM86.77mil fine on them.
