A man has pushed himself through the pain barrier in memory of a good pal took his own life.
Ryan Stephens braved a 100 mile ultra marathon from Bath to Swansea but at 70 miles his muscles started breaking down due to the scale of the challenge.
The 27-year-old, from Penlan, struggled to stay awake as he carried out the gruelling fundraiser.
