Muskegon businesses use creativity amid COVID-19 restrictions, from outdoor ‘keggers’ to igloos

MUSKEGON, MI -- A Muskegon County bar with the unique name is hosting weekend “keggers” outside.
An Italian restaurant, built out of recycled shipping containers in Muskegon’s downtown, has turned to take-and-bake dishes.
And, a West Michigan date-night staple in the county is aiming for a similar cozy environment inside igloos.
The local retail sector also is trying to find new ways to survive.
