Museum District hit-and-run: 1 pedestrian killed, 2 injured when driver crashes into crowd on Fannin Street, Houston police say

One man was killed, and two other pedestrians were hospitalized after a hit-and-run suspect drove through a crowd on Fannin Street, HPD says.
