Maricopa Unified School District Governing Board has filed a lawsuit against a pharmacy benefits firm that officials say was in breach of its contract with the district, according to a Pinal County Superior Court docket released this morning.The suit was recently filed against Flipt LLC in the county’s highest court, but copies of the suit were not shared by the county attorney’s office.
