Murfreesboro City Council develops 'framework' on best management of MED Proceeds

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — On Wednesday, October 13, the Murfreesboro City Council discussed a framework to manage the revenue stream resulting from the sale of the City’s electric distribution system.
