Murderer who killed Grace Millane had raped another British tourist

Jesse Kempson, 28, murdered Grace Millane, 21, in 2018 after pair met on Tinder

But it can now be revealed that months before her murder, Kempson raped another British tourist and sexually assaulted his girlfriend in 2017
