A young boy rushed with a plastic sword into his mother’s bedroom in a bid to protect her and her partner, who died after he was stabbed 86 times in a “vengeful”, premeditated attack in Brisbane’s bayside, a court has heard.
Osmond Roy Greig, 43, was on Tuesday sentenced in Brisbane’s Supreme Court for the killing of father-of-three Daryl Corcoran, 37, in Alexandra Hills in November 2016.
