Murder charge dropped in Choctaw-Del City HS shooting case; investigation continues

The Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office announced they have dismissed the first-degree murder charge against a 15-year-old who was arrested in connection to a shooting at the Choctaw-Del City high school football game in August 2023.
