Muntinlupa LGU declares BuCor chief Bantag persona non grata

The Muntinlupa City Council on Saturday declared Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gerald Bantag persona non grata in the city for building walls around the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) that block off roads.
