Mumbai: Woman patient dies after doctors leave behind surgical mop in body, two gynecologists booked

A panel of doctors from Government Medical College in Mumbai examined the records of deceased Ganga Sen and concluded that the two gynecologists were negligent while performing the surgery.

Mumbai: The Mumbai police have booked two doctors for allegedly leaving behind a surgical mop in the body leading to the death of a homemaker. 
The woman died two years after hysterectomy surgery. The FIR has been filed based on a report from a panel of experts from Government Medical College.
