Letter of Intent (LoI) for the redevelopment of the 10 chawls.
"We have issued them an LOI. Now the builder will get their plans sanctioned from BMC.
Then the eligibility of the tenants will be finalised and after that Mhada will issue an No Objection Certificate (NOC)," said Arun Dongre, Chief Officer, Mhada's Mumbai Building Repairs & Redevelopment Board (MBRRB).
