Mumbai: BMC to make 20 'black spots' safer with design changes

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will transform the city's 20 highest crash-prone intersections, also known as 'black spots' to make Mumbai traffic junctions safer for the public, said officials on Thursday.
