A TRAFFIC ALERT THIS MORNING.. THERE ARE SEVERAL HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS GETTING UNDERWAY THAT COULD IMPACT YOUR COMMUTES.. FOR THE NEXT 8 WEEKS.. THERE WILL BE ALTERNATING CLOSURES OF THE ON AND OFF RAMPS FOR EXIT 7 ON 295.. THAT'S MARGINAL WAY AND FRANKLIN STREET.. CREWS ARE ALSO STARTING THE NEXT PHASE TO REDO AND EXPAND THE EXIT 45 INTERCHANGE ON THE TURNPIKE IN SOUTH PORTLAND.. THERE WILL BE SOME LANE SHIFTS.. AND RAMP CLOSURES WILL START NEXT MONTH.. AND IN YARMOUTH.. D-O-T IS REPLACING THE DECK OF THE BRIDGE THAT CARRIE
