Good to be with you, im ali vitali, and with 64 days until election day, both campaigns are gearing up to make their final push to the polls. The Harris Campaign will have a bus tour, with the fight for reproductive freedom. It will kick off in palm beach, florida, that aims to, quote, Hold Trump directly responsible for the devastating impacts of overturning roe v. Wade including threatening access to ivf. And while the Harris Team has ivf and reproductive rights at the center of their financial push, the campaign is on defense over a fallout from Arlington National Cemetery. Harris joined the chorus of those who criticized the Trump Team for filming at the cemetery, saying they disrespected sacred ground. The Trump Team doubled down, releasing a new statement signed by Family Members of several u. S. Troops killed during the withdrawal from afghanistan, attacking Vice President harris for criticizing the visit and praising trumps leadership. The Trump Team followed that with a new Campaign Ad featuring Video Shot at Arlington National Cemetery and including videos from the Family Members, laying blame on harris and President Biden for the deaths of their children and for missing the ceremony at arlington. Where were you and Joe Biden on august 26th, 2024 . Nowhere near arlington cemetery. You couldnt be bothered to be with us or say our kids names. Vice president harris, i ask you, why wont you return a call and explain to us how you call my Daughterinlaws Death a success . Joining us now, nbc News CorrespondentVaughn Hillyard and in detroit, nbc News Correspondent, maura bar elt, barrett, and mark leibovich. This isnt just about filming at arlington. This is an about altercation that took place. Are ads like this supposed to shift the focus from what happened on the ground to the larger muddying of the waters here . Absolutely. And it was kamala Harris Team that just this last friday put out a tweet and called out Donald Trump for disrespecting Arlington National Cemetery sacred grounds for political purposes and in response, Donald Trumps campaign released this video and testimonies from Gold Star families who lost loved ones. This, for all intents and purposes, 20 years of u. S. Engagement in afghanistan gets whittled down to key moments and facts here when the Trump Administration or i should say the Trump Campaign is quick to ignore Donald Trumps own role in the withdrawal, dating back to February Of 2020 when his administration worked with the taliban to sign the doha agreements. Their plan was to have the u. S. Exit afghanistan in may of 2021. The afghan government released 500 taliban members. It was the biden administration that oversaw the withdrawal in 2021, and 13 u. S. Servicemen and women lost their lives. You see the Trump Campaign on the defense and also playing offense and noting that if the Biden Harris Administration had handled the withdrawal differently, those 13 individuals would not have lost their lives. I think this is one of those moments where you see the families suddenly in the middle of what is a very difficult reality that both campaigns now two months out are using to draw attention to, you know, i think its also worth noting, as i may real fast, president trump, two of his own defense secretaries, James Mattis said he was the first president in his lifetime trying not unify the country. Secretary esper around the January 6th attack ultimately called Donald Trump an unprincipled man. And its these Family Members that find themselves in the middle of it. A lot at stake. A white House Official says that President Biden wasnt invited to the ceremony. A Harris Official says that the Vice President wasnt invited there. I think thats an important piece of this as well as we continue to watch the fallout here. But more of Vice President harris just finished speaking in detroit. What did she focus on . Reporter youre no stranger to how quickly an event can break down. In the last hour when Kamala Harris took the stage, she was met with an invigorated excited crowd, a Big Focus On Education and educators here today, and she really wanted to appeal to these voters. That was the whole point of coming here before she heads to pittsburgh to meet up with President Biden to continue the push for The Union vote. She focused on the connection between how organizing in a Union Sense is about unity, as an electorate, and community. She focused on the elements we hear from a lot from union workers, and talked about paid sick leave, paid parental leave, the need for generational wealth and the ability to even be able to afford a home and how Theres Opportunity for everyone at stake here. I want you to hear from the speech where she worked to lean into what a good leader means, and i was met with a lot of appreciation from the crowd. Take a listen. I think there has been a certain backward Thinking Approach over the last several years. Which is to suggest some folks, them folks, to suggest that the measure of the strength of a leader is based on who you beat down. Instead of what we know, the true measure of the strength of a leader is based on who you lift up. Who you lift up. Thats the measure of a strength of a leader. Lets stop with the nonsense. Reporter now to close out her speech she highlighted this is going to be a tight race. Its going to take all 64 days left until the election, and again pointed out that she sees herself as an underdog in this race, and shes trying to invigorate voters to work hard on her behalf over the next 64 days. She closed out and led with a message of freedom, opportunity and the promise of america, and after she leaves detroit, she heads over to pittsburgh to meet up with President Biden to continue their message to the Union Household voters. Ali. A busy Labor Day from the democratic side of the ticket. Maura, youre right, i stood in many a high School Gym and seen things break down quickly. Youre good company. Hearing from maura, hearing from vaughn, both of these candidates and campaigns have allies and surrogates focused in vastly different places. We had trump allies on the sunday shows, doubling or tripling down on the Arlington Controversy. You have the Harris Campaign, deploying allies to launch a 50 stop reproductive freedom bus tour. How does that Dissonance Play in the minds of voters . Its definitely dissidents, thats for sure. Clearly this is something they like. The arlington thing, the whole incident, which is now a six, Sevenday Story almost, is something that underscores the chaos around Donald Trump. They have limited time, and they have a lot of work to do. The Trump Campaign. And they have a lot to work with. I mean, the economy, inflation, immigration, these are top three issues that they could potentially make hay on. Theyre not talking about this at all. And obviously, i mean, things like change, but also certainly reproductive rights are a very strong place for the Harris Campaign to be. Thats where they are, more focused. The level of discipline, focus compared to what the Trump Campaign has going on. They would probably be very pleased on how things were coming out of the convention. Its close, and these things can turn on a dime. We have talked about Discipline And Focus before with regards to the Trump Campaign. One of the issues we have seen it lacking on, and there are several. The idea of messaging over abortion. We saw it soften on the abortion ban, and ultimately say hes going to support it when he votes for the florida ballot measure. Is that something the base will ultimately forgive from him . Its a mess. I dont know. Its hard to know what theyre forgiving because hes been so all over the map over the last several days to begin with. The question is he actually alienating part of his antiabortion base, which is a hard Core Base in the republican party. Certainly for Donald Trump in the last couple of elections, and clearly, i mean, i think the Back And Forth in his own head and own position here says he is worried about alienating them, which he certainly threatened to do had he came out and moderated his viewpoint. On the other side, it does underscore an issue that he does not feel terribly comfortable to talk about to begin with is something that is going to continue to haunt him. Its the worst kind of defense to play when its clearly an issue that seems to be something the other side can benefit from, which i think the Harris And Walz campaign are clearly aware of. If this election is litigated, its abortion and reproductive access. Just the idea, i think, when i see trump going out there and trying to muddy his message on ivf, forgetting that the senate controlled by democrats tried to pass something that would have mandated Insurance Companies and not failed because only two republicans voted with it. Didnt clear the threshold of what you need to pass legislation. To me, it seems like the Trump Campaign is driving this to a space where these are issues that dont work for them, On Arlington and repro, theyre still there, why . Because i that dont have an easy answer for it. You can see this taking up a great deal of oxygen in the debate, seven, eight days from you. You can see questions about this. Trump becoming defensive, moving around in a circle. Could be very very harmful with his Base And Swing voters. Again, i mean, this is an example of the Harris Campaign being, i guess, theoretically on offense, although, you could argue this this is something that Donald Trump himself has created for himself. And either way, i think the Harris Campaign would like to be talking about this than immigration. Mark leibovich, Vaughn Hillyard had to do more reporting. Our thanks to them as well. Joining us now, former Chief Strategist for mitt romneys 2012 president ial campaign, stewart stevens. Following the dnc, you said the Trump Campaign appeared to be having a nervous breakdown in public. Would you say their latest efforts to boost this Arlington Controversy indicates some kind of other piece of that breakdown . Yeah, you know, one of the fascinating elements of Donald Trump, and we exploit this all the time is that hes the dog who will chase every car. He can never apologize for anything. He can never let anything go. So hes so easy to manipulate. I mean, manipulating by praise. You attack him on this because what he said, i mean, united States Army put out an official Statement Denouncing what Donald Trump did, and what it takes for the army to do that is extraordinary, and yet, he will just defend it. Where are all the republicans who are joining with him, you know, theres not a lot of servicemen out there saying this is great what Donald Trump has done. But hell keep defending it. Its the same on this whole reproductive rights thing. Its like someone who cant know a bad position, tries to talk their way out of it. You know, Mark Cuban said that Donald Trump was the guy at closing time, and the bar will say whatever it takes to get to go home with him. Thats what were saying with reproductive freedom. Theres no moral base. Its somebody whos afraid his position is unpopular, and is trying to talk his way out of it. Im interested when lawmakers come back to town, how they talk with the ivf stance, that tracks with a vote on. Hes putting them in interesting positions once again. We did the trump years on capitol hill, it seems like thats what we might be in for over the next weeks or months until election day. You brought up the idea of softening on Abortion Bans in response to harriss insistence. Trump shared on truth social, my administration will be great for women and their reproductive rightings. Speak to go nbc, he said, women need more time than six weeks. He would be upholding the sixweek ban. Is trump safe enough to be casting aside the social conservative movement . I mean, youve run in these kinds of circles before. You know you got to stick with the base. You know, theres three things you can control in a president ial campaign, what you say, what you spend money and where you go. Whats happened here is that trump is responding to whats being laid out by the harris Walz Campaign. They want to talk about reproductive freedom. Instead of pushing forward to another agenda that might be better for him, he just wants to stay and litigate it. At the heart of this, it just goes back to this fundamental hollowness about republican policy. What is the bargain republicans are striking with voters. What do you get when you vote republican . And thats the thing, i look at this and scratch my head. What is it that is the policy you get. Trump lost by 7 Million votes. He needs new customers. What is he doing to attract new customers . I dont see any program, any policy, any vision that is doing that. And thats why he seems sort of stuck at this 46 level. He won with 46. 2 . Romney lost with 47. 2 . And even when it was versus biden after that bad debate, he still had trouble moving north of 47 . I think thats what youre seeing now, where hes just stuck at that, and doesnt know what to do to get out of it. When you see this toggling between a ceiling of 46 or 47 . Does that lead you to believe, i think it does, that this is not a 50 50 race as the Harris Campaign tries to advertise it and the polls tend to show it, it could be wider than that . Yeah, you know, look, when i worked on president ial campaigns, people would say are you worried about, yes, whatever you say im worried about because youre supposed to be in campaigns. The campaign needs to prosecute this as if its going to come down to one vote in every precinct. It very well may. I think the likely scenario is this race is going to be close to october 20th, 25th, and i think the bottom is going to drop out. Hes not acquiring new voters. This is what happened to carter in 80. Theres a lot of similarities here. Ultimately politics has to be about addition. So what is he doing to attract these new voters. And i can promise you, the effort to get africanamerican votes, in 20, trump got 8 . Thats one point every 56 years. Hes not going to get north of 9 of the africanamerican vote. When you look at any of the polls, you show otherwise, you can factor this in. Prove that Harris And Walz are doing better than these numbers indicate. Were going to have to look at the way the coalitions come together. There has been fascinating movement around White Women specifically in some new polling thats catching my attention. Youre exactly right. Were watching the start of Tunein Season on Labor Day. Stuart stevens, thank you for joining us. Thank you. As we head into the Home Stretch of the 2024 campaign, well tell you more about what the latest round of polling is revealing about the state of the race. Larry sabato joins us next. And what Benjamin Netanyahu said next about any hopes of a Cease Fire Deal for hamas. We have an update on the Hotel Worker Strike from Coast To coast during the Labor Day travel rush. Were back in 90 seconds. Back is hi, im david, and i lost 92 pounds on golo. My Life Partner Connie and i were in really rough shape regarding our health. And our doctors told us that we needed to lose weight. I saw a golo commercial and i thought, we really need to try this. As the weeks went by, the weight came off. We learned to make healthy choices and be supportive of each other. Together, weve lost 170 pounds. Golo worked for us. Since losing weight on golo, im feeling grateful and hopeful about the future. energizing music my little miracle is beckett. A Thousand Years by Christina Perri i have died every day waiting for you we wouldnt be where we are without saint jude. And in turn, we wouldnt be where we are without those people that have donated. why use 10 buckets of water when you can use 1 fire extinguisher. And to fight heartburn, why take 10 antacids throughout the day when you can take 1 prilosec. For easier heartburn relief, one beats ten. Prilosec otc. One pill. 24 hours. Zero heartburn. New polling is giving us a look at state of the race to the White House, with a few pathways to victory for Vice PresidentKamala Harris. As the harris Walz Campaign begins a battleground blitz, some parts of the u. S. That were strongholds for trump could be in play. Joining us now, larry sabato, well get to the map in a moment, because i do think the ways its changing are fascinating. Lets start with the Ipsos Poll that shows Kamala Harris with a slight bump in the overall race but a major lead among i didnt mean. 54 over 41 . Its not shocking because we know democrats tend to win women overall. When you put that on a map. What areas are you looking at for the most impact of where women will be voting and for who . Well, obviously you look at seven swing states. People always ask me, when are we going to get eight or nine swing states, damned if i know. I dont think its coming this year. Suburban women, particularly white suburban women. They are inclined in some ways to go republican, and this is an issue of reproductive rights that can clearly tie them to Kamala Harris. Even more than the fact that she is a woman. You know, trump has made the most elementary and fundamental error about the Abortion Issue because its been with us since at least 1973. And during all of that time, its been said by people in politics, some candidates are pro choice. Some candidates are antichoice. But the candidates who are in real trouble are multiple choice, and he is now multiple choice. Hes got to be worried about some of his base. Most of them will stick with him. But hes losing at least a bit of them, and he hasnt clarified at all where he really stands which guarantees that he will have lot of additional questions, say in the debate next week. Thats my guess. Thats going to be one of the key points especially given the role that abortion has played as a key electoral issue and im so glad that you brought up White Women. I have been driven about the idea that the Gender Gap is men becoming more conservative. White women in 2020 did what they have done historically which is Trend Republican but in this new poll, were now seeing a major shift. Trump going from 13 points ahead prednc to White Women to now with the margin of error. Is this a canary in a Coal Mine or something we should dismiss and wait to see what else happens. No, i wouldnt dismiss it. I think it is moving in that direction, and it is very significant for democratic victories and republican defeats. But, look, its a toxic combination for trump that he cant realize because he refuses to acknowledge that his personality, the way he comes across to people offends people who would vote for him otherwise. Thats especially true with women. You add in the overturning of roe v. Wade and the genuine anger that is still out there, and is probably not being fully picked up by polling, polling often undercounts energy, enthusiasm, intensity of emotion. So i think people need to realize, this is always a combination. And you can always depend on Donald Trump to say something obnoxious about once every six or seven hours. Thats my estimate. Its a high estimate, but there might be some historical precedent for that. Stu stevens and i were talking about the trump ceiling, 46 , 47 , as youre looking at these polls and the way theyre conducting this campaign, is he doing anything to add to that number . No, hes a one trick pony. He knows what he needs to do to get that 46 or 47 . I was listening to what stu said. I think that is true. Heres the one deviation i would have from it, which is turnout. If you can activate your voters, even there are a fixed number of people to the extent that their turnout turns out to be 3 or 4 points higher on the other side, you can win, end up getting 50 in another election with a less energized base, you would get 46. This is not an election you write off until its over. Neither side should take any advantage or be overly optimistic about it, the harris people are being smart, and saying theyre not the underdog. Trump isnt the underdog either. Theres no over dog or underdog. Theres a close race with a lot of known unknowns. If no ones an under dog or overdog, were just all dogs in the fight right now, larry sabato, thank you for joining us. Theyre fighting, thats all i want to say. Thank you, my friend. In Tel Aviv, widespread protests for the hostages happening during the funeral of hersh goldbergpolin. Unimaginable grief is flooding both sides of the israel gaza border. Joining us now once again, nbcs Matt Bradley in Tel Aviv, and Nbc News senior white House CorrespondentGabe Gutierrez in pittsburgh where President Biden will join Vp Harris later today. Matt, first to you, i know as we moved on to other stories. Netanyahu was finishing his remarkings. What else did we hear from him . Reporter its more of the same. He took questions from reporters, specifying what he was talking about when it comes to the Philadelphi Corridor. This is a man who has once again doubled down. He is saying he will not yield on one of the major barriers he has placed in front of a Hostage Negotiation Deal in the past month or two. He will not remove troops from the Philadelphi Corridor. Thats another name for the border between the gaza strip, its southern edge, and egypt sinai peninsula. He had maintained that this is the Oxygen Path for basically all of the weapons that hamas had been using since October 7th and before. The egyptians previously said that the tunnel the ivf has been showing underneath the Philadelphi Corridor had been blocked by the egyptians, he delved into a historical discussion of how this wasnt a new demand, but this is something, a new demand, that has figured into these Hostage Negotiations unacceptable to the egyptians. One of the valuable intermediaries that have been running into interference with hamas and israel, the egyptians were opposed to this. The presence of israeli troops at the Philadelphi Corridor, and the netzarim corridor, another Border Area that was constructed by the israelis in order to bisect North And South gaza strip. So these are obstacles that netanyahu has placed himself, and the reason why he brought them up was because so much of the anger were seeing on the streets of Tel Aviv and other cities in Israel Tonight is about how netanyahu himself appears to have not been pushing forward with a deal or has deliberately blocked a deal. That is where a lot of the anger is coming from and a lot of the people that i was speaking to in the Crowds Last Night were directly faulting netanyahu and blaming him for the deaths of these six young people, all of them 40 and under who were killed by hamas, according to the idf, in tunnels underneath rafah, right on that Philadelphi Corridor. Theres quite a lot of anger and, his speech tonight, which delved into these details of his position, didnt really do anything to placate them and probably maybe did more to inflame them. So, gabe, we have anger on the streets where matt is. We have a defiant posture from the israeli Prime Minister. What about President Biden and what more is he saying, especially as i just heard he was on the South Lawn as hes leaving for the rest of his Schedule Today . Yeah, thats right. Theres a renewed sense of urgency for the White House, and yes, as you mentioned, President Biden leaving the White House just a few moments ago, coming here to pittsburgh to be at this event with Vice President harris in just a short time. And my colleague, Monica Alba did ask him whether he and his national Security Team had made any decision on that reported take it or leave it deal, two people briefed on discussions tell Nbc News that is being considered at this point, and jake sullivan, the national Security Adviser said as much to some of the relatives of the remaining hostages, asking the president whether he made a decision. He said any sort of deal is still being negotiated. This comes after earlier today the president was asked very bluntly, did he think that Prime MinisterBenjamin Netanyahu was doing enough to secure a Cease Fire Deal. And he bluntly said no. Now, certainly the White House has been frustrated over the last few months at the pace of these negotiations. But never quite come out so publicly directly faulting prime Minister Netanyahu for holding up this deal in the view of the president. A few months ago, i asked the president whether he thought Benjamin Netanyahu was playing politics with this war, and he said no, he said he was dealing with a lot of things on his end and that came after another interview earlier where the president seemed to have suggested. This Back And Forth between the White House and prime Minister Netanyahu. A lot of frustration now. As of now, this is still being negotiated. President Biden Meeting with his national Security Team, including Vice President harris, in the Situation Room earlier today, and now several of the top american officials in the room, the Cia Director and the Secretary Of State may be deployed back to the Middle East to continue these round of talks. Again, ali, we are awaiting President Biden in pittsburgh for the Campaign Event for Vice President harris. We see him there deplaning on marine 1. Arriving at joint base andrews. He will begin walking to the plane and begin his journey to pittsburgh. A sort of unofficial traditional stop for biden who has spent many a Labor Day in this state, in this city, trying to pitch and remind of his pro union credentials. The difference, of course, as he walks to the plane this time is that hes not doing so as an active political candidate. Instead hes going to meet up with his Vice President , Kamala Harris, who is doing a swing through blue Wall Battleground states today. This is the first time were going to see biden next to his Vice President in a campaign capacity. The first time since biden himself relinquished being at the top of the ticket, and instead, handed the democratic partys reigns to his number two. We see him doing the traditional salute as he makes his way up the stairs. He did speak to reporters on the white House South Lawn before he departed and landed at andrews, talking about the ongoing situation in the Middle East. And of course there at the top of the plane, not talking to reporters on this tarmac, but, instead, just beginning his trip to pittsburgh. We will, of course, be looking for the once democratic ticket, now president and Vice President on the Campaign Trail a little bit later today. Meanwhile, a Threeday Strike by Hotel Workers across the country wraps up today after impacting several major Hotel Chains from boston to hawaii. After several months of the rebound of the covid19 pandemic. Antonia hylton is following it all. Hotel workers are striking at a crucial time for their industry as the nation marks the unofficial end of summer. What are they seeking in these negotiations and what chains have been affected . Reporter well, they are seeking better Health Care, better wages, and better hours on their jobs. The people behind me here, theyre cooks, housekeepers, regular star. The kind of people who keep the hotels that we like to visit during the holidays running. They say in recent years it has become harder and harder to do their jobs. Take a look. Some 10,000 Hotel Workers are walking off the job during the busy Holiday Weekend. From greenwich, connecticut, to boston, san francisco, seattle, and even in hawaii, the strike expected to last up to three days in some cases is affecting the hyatt, marriott, and hilton chains, and workers organized by Hospitality Union unite here, say they are fighting for higher pay, better staffing, and reduced workloads. After months of stalled negotiations. American Hotel Chains make major cuts to services and staff during the pandemic, but now travel has rebounded, but the workers say they are still feeling the sweets. The Hotel Industry has bounced back from the covid era. They are seeing record profits in 2024, we need some of those profits so that we can actually be back at our standard of living and moving forward. Reporter these strikes may be the first of many, with the potential for more joining in other major cities in the days ahead. How do you think the guests, the travelers will feel this . Well, in many hotels i think youll see a limited services. So may not be daily house keeping, the pool or the gym or the spa may be closed while the guests are there. Reporter we reached out to the chains impacted. Only hilton responded saying they remained committed to negotiating in good faith to reach fair and reasonable agreements. Workers hope the major Hotel Brands will come back to the Bargaining Table soon and that they can get back to providing the experience travelers deserve. And, ali, you know, to give you a picture of what one Workers Life has been like. One man has worked here for 25 years told me that in recent years, hes only received about a 0. 25 raise. Meanwhile, his rent has increased by hundreds, almost A Thousand dollars. So thats the kind of squeeze they say they are feeling, and theyre hoping to use this Holiday Weekend to apply that pressure and get a new contract now. Election workers, the vast majority of them women, say theyre feeling vulnerable to the charged political climate surrounding the 2024 election. 38 of the Women Staffing the polls say they have experienced threats, harassment or abuse, fueling the violence, Disinformation And Conspiracy theories following the 2020 election. Joining us now, elizabeth lander, Lead Correspondent for the Scripts News at disinformation desk. You traveled to Surrey County in North Carolina to dig deep on this. What did you find . We traveled there in june to get a sense of how disinformation is affecting workers. This is a small county, about 70,000 people. Its best known as the birthplace of andy griffith, and overwhelming a republican republican area, with 75 for the former president in 2020. Despite that, and despite him winning that area, this small community has been dealing with Mis And Disinformation around the elections since they took place. And the woman who heads up the election there is michelle huff, a team of four other people are helping her administer the election. Theyre working on it year round. She described to us how things are changed since 2020. Take a listen. I was actually in one store in downtown mount airy. I was cornered and pressed for 20 minutes. This person was getting everything that they felt the 2020 election that trump did not win because of what election officials in this country did. Even many any church, all of a sudden election officials are people to not be trusted and not believed. And disinformation in Surrey County reached a head in 2022. She said there were people that showed up at their office. Confronted her about their voting systems. Were asking her to see their Voting Machines, which the North CarolinaState Board of elections said that would have been illegal to give access to people to be around Voting Machines, access to critical infrastructure there. They said they had evidence that the Voting Machines were pinging Cell Towers in 2020. So they were pushing conspiracies and unfounded information to her, and she said she has had to harden their office, make changes there that she never thought she would have to consider the safety of herself, her staff, her family. But really, she has in the last four years, and she is concerned about this in the lead up to the election in november. Given this is a county that went squarely for trump and yet the aspersions and bad faith he has put on the Election System writ large are playing out in red counties. Given what we saw in 2020, given what she is experiencing in counties like this one, whats being done to protect Election Workers . The brennan center who we interviewed for this piece said they are losing Election Workers at an unprecedented rate. People dont want to do this kind of work because of the threats and harassment they are dealing with, and they are losing the institutional knowledge. Its a lot of minutiae. So the brennan center is concerned about that, and i would also just add too that 80 of these Election Workers in this country are female. So part of the reason that we were focused on this story is because we have been tracking how disinformation is impacting women. Over at Scripts News, we have been doing a series on this. And this is really impacting Election Workers because so many of them are women across the country. Really great reporting. Its going to have a long tail as we go into the 2024 election cycle. Thank you for tracking it, and thank you for bringing it to us. With massive Flight Delays and traffic jams, Labor Day is becoming a headache, not a holiday.
