holiday just ahead. and also we will bring you the breaking news out of the middle east where a hostage and prisoner release between israel and hamas is expected to happen about one hour from now. the deal comes after weeks of negotiations bringing hope that a humanitarian pause can hold paving the way for more aid into gaza. we'll also have a live report from tel aviv straight ahead. good morning, and welcome to msnbc's live coverage on this friday, november 24th. i'm jonathan lemire. we hope you had a happy thanksgiving and we appreciate you joining us this morning, and we'll begin with major developments in the war between israel and hamas. just a short time ago, a temporary truce took effect, a so-called humanitarian pause. it comes after both sides agreed to a prisoner exchange. the release of 50 israeli hostages in gaza and 150 palestinians held by israel. addition, moreumanitarian aid will be allowed into gaza with one border official saying that at least 60 trucks have alady been let in. the prisoner release will occur across a four-day ceasefire that began around mintze eastern time. 13 women and children are expected to be releasedy hamas just over an hour from right now. 39 palestinian prisoners will be released from israel at that sametime. israel has also said that it would extend the ceasefire by an additional day for every ten additional hostages that are released. and just moments ago, israel began releasing its first group of palestinian security prisoners from northern israel prisons. they're now being transferred to a military jail in the west bank where the handoff will take place and be overseen by the red cross. despite these developments, both sides have me it clear that the fighting is far from over. meanwhile, president joe biden th have a 3-year-old american e girl whose parents were murdered by hamas will be one of those released later today on what would be -- what is her 4th birthday. >> i'm not prepared to give you an update until it's done. >> are you expecting the little 3-year-old to be among the hostages released, mr. president? >> i'm keeping my fingers crossed. >> keeping our fingers crossed, what the president just said there. joining us now live from tel aviv is nbc news correspondent erin mclaughlin. good to see you today. give us a sense. what is the very latest on the ground there? >> reporter: well, jonathan, is is a region collectively holding its breath to see if expectation meets reality. in just under an hour from now, that is when we expect the red cross to bring 13 israeli hostages, women, and children through the rafah crossing into egypt and according to an israeli official, once the hostages are safely in egypt, they will be handed over to the israeli military. specialized military personnel will greet them and begin the identification process as well as they will all undergo full medical evaluations. that according to an israeli official. once that process is complete, then they will be allowed to call their families for the very first time in some 48 days. they will be provided with a video uplink once that phone call is complete, and then according to this israeli official, they will be driven to an air force base in israel and from there, flown to five different medical centers, and it's at those medical centers where they will be physically reunited with their families. now as you mention a list of palestinians, 13 women and teenagers has been released by palestinian authorities. it is expected that those individuals are already on their way from two prisons in southeast israel. they're being driven to the occupied west bank. they're going to be taken to the other prison and it's only when the israeli hostages will be released that these palestinians will be able to go back to their homes either to jerusalem or gaza. >> we have indicated here as we have music behind you that israel has offered more days of ceasefire if hamas returns additional hostages and obviously we're only in the early hours of this particular pause, but are there signs that hamas may take them up on that deal? >> reporter: well, it certainly is a possibility, jonathan, and from where i'm standing, the square where people have come out to support the hostages and their families, that is certainly the hope. the idea being that today goes well, that 13 israeli hostages, women and children, are, in fact, released. they'll see more hostages released tomorrow through the series of four days, and then from there, the possibility that the ceasefire gets extended one day for every ten hostages released, but again, this is the key litmus test. everyone here will be watching and waiting to see if this actually becomes a reality, as is the hope, jonathan. >> nbc's erin mclaughlin, thank you so much. we'll be checking back with you again in a little while. ahead of next hour's hostage planned release, the ground strikes slammed northern gaza yesterday. numeuslashes were reported in the area which israeli officials have called a hamas stronghold. the israeli military said it discovered combat equipment, six rocket launchers, and six tunnel shafts including one inside a mosque there. meanwhile, the israeli military also released video yesterday of what it claimed was a tunnel that ran below a civilian home near the al-shifa hospital in gaza city. the hospital itself has been a target of the idf as it claims a hamas command center sits beneath the building. the idf also released videos on wednesday of what it said were tunnels beneath the medical facility. the video released by israel's military would suggest nearby buildings also use a tunnel system. now on wednesday, the world health organization coordinated an evacuation of patients from that hospital in northern gaza. the u.n. says 190 patients, their family members, and medical teams traveled in an ambulance convoy to the southern part of the gaza strip. the palestinian red crescent societys the process lasted roughly 20 hours. this relocation comes as gaza officials say hospitals in the northern part of the territory are no longer operational. whil t united nations estimates around 250 patients and staff members ma at al-shifa hospita wch is no longer working, onsunday, over 30 premature babies were evacuated out of that hospital. joining us now, former cia officer mark palmeropolous. he's a national security and intelligence analyst. happy thanks giving to you. thank you for joining us this morning. give us your early impressions of this hostage deal, how difficult it is to -- for the logistics to work, to have this exchange go safely, and if it does, what do you think happens next? >> so jonathan, this is a really significant day in israel. you know, hamas has really put the hostages through psychological torture and this is a time where israel i think will rejoice when the hostages come back. this was a huge dilemma for the israeli national security apparatus because, you know, a pause or a ceasefire, whatever you want to call it of four days is certainly not something they wanted. this helps of course, hamas re-group, but israel has a pact they make with their population. if you are taken -- if you're a hostage, they'll do everything possible to get you back. there was enormous pressure on the israeli government to negotiate this deal, and so they did so. one thing, jonathan, that i think you'll see, and i think this will actually harden the resolve of the israeli public. there's going to be really gruesome tale of what these hostages endured. there's protocols the israeli government are going through now, and they'll give mental and physical health care, but at some point we're going to hear about what it was like a month in the tunnels, kind of the, you know, either, you know, psychological duress or even tales of, you know, sexual assault and rape that we've heard from other survivors of the hamas attack, and so i think it's going to steel the israeli public's resolve and all signs are, you know, after this pause takes hold that the israelis are going to resume operations. there's still a lot in their mind for them do in southern gaza. >> marc, it can cut both ways though, right? to your point, it can harden israeli resolve, but this will also add third party organizations, but there are more eyes on the ground on the extent of the devastation in gaza after the israeli strikes that also could harden palestinian resolve or hamas resolve or inflame the rest of the region. could it not? >> jonathan, i think you're exactly right. you and i have talked about this, you know, the danger in the israelis' view of a four-day pause and then of course, there might be more additional days where hostages are released. the international community is going to want israeli to stop and there's even talk, and there's a "new york times" piece that said, you know, there are several officials in the biden administration that would like to see a cessation to the fighting as well. the security establishment is a little concerned behind this. what happens again when international organizations see the devastation? there's been terrible civilian casualties. israel in their view needs to move forward, but i think the pressure on them because of this pause is going to be pretty severe internationally and perhaps even from the u.s. administration. >> so marc, there's been obviously much made of the intelligence made by israel that led to the october 7th attacks, and also blind spots about how the u.s. did not have a great read about what was going on in gaza. they said that hamas was indeed using that hospital as cover for a headquarters underneath it. what's your read here? do you think that both israel and the u.s. have started to improve their intelligence resources in that area despite the fighting? >> that's right. i think, you know, both security services which are, you know, amongst the best in the world have kind of pulled themselves up by their bootstraps. israel which had a catastrophic failure on october 7th, is back in the game. you have some involved in the hostage negotiations and they have leadership to hunt the operatives of hamas, and you have the establishment providing support to the israeli war fighters and in the view of israeli intelligence, the campaign is going quite well. they have attributed 25,000 of the 25,000 hamas operatives, and i think that after the trauma of 7th, they're back in the game. jonathan, you mentioned that the u.s. is now collecting signals of intelligence, and there was a "wall street journal" report that we were unilaterally collecting and we're back in business as well, and bill burns, the cia director has just like the chief been traveling back and forth to doha, qatar. both sides are working together. in some senses, the u.s. will work on its own, and there's also a reaper drone flying, you know, intelligence gathering over gaza. as expected, everyone kind of recovered from that terrible day and they're back in the fight. >> all right. former cia officer marc polymeropolis. thank you. >> thank you. we'll have much more live coverage from the middle east as the first hostages are set to be released from gaza within the next hour. plus, how those major developments are impacting the race for president back here at home. we'll be right back on this friday morning. me we'll be right back on this friday morning welcome back. despite some spending thanksgiving on the island of nantucket, off the coast of massachusetts, it was still a pretty busy holiday for president jietd. the president and first lady called into the macy's thanksgiving day parade where they had this message for the american people. >> on this thanksgiving day, al, we have to come together, you know, we have -- we can have different political views, but we have one view. the one view is we're the finest, greatest nation in the world. we should focus on that. we should focus on dealing with our problems and being together and not -- and stop the -- stop the rancor, you know, we have to build decency. >> it's become a bit of a trition for the first couple to call in to our friend al roker there. after that, the white house says the first couple also called units from each branch of the military to thank them for their service. they also thanked first responders there on nantucket by showing up to the local fire departntith pies in hand. no word on what flavor, and in the afternoon, the president took part in the biden family's annual polar bear plunge in the frigid waters off the coast. that's according to this tweet posted by the president's granddaughter, naomi. donald trump also had a thanksgiving message for the american people, but it was quite different and anything but unifying. just after 2:00 a.m. yesterday, the 2024 republican front-runner fired off this lengthy post on his social media platform. i'll read a little bit of it. happy thanksgiving to all, including the racist and incompetent attorney general of new york state. that's just how he started. he went on to blast all the others involved in the civil fraud case against him as well as president biden writing that they were looking to destroy our country which according to trump, has already gone, quote, to hell. all right. happy thanksgiving, mr. former president. joining us now, special correspondent at "vanity fair" and host of "the fast politics" podcast, molly fast. it was true that trump's post featured semicolons and ampersands. joe biden did what presidents normally do, and the former president who's seeking to be president again, used the moment to go on this screed that can only be described as unhinged. isn't this a reminder about the choice we face next year? >> that's the question. we have donald trump who uses holidays -- he has also traditionally done this, right? different holidays remember his most famous tweet is, like, happy thanksgiving to the haters and the losers. the guy uses these holidays as an opportunity to go after his enemies and of course, i think biden world is hoping and i think a lot of us who like democracy are hoping that voters will remember what it's like to have this guy as president because he not only would tweet things like this, he would also do things that were -- i mean, remember the muslim ban, like, we had people in the airports trying to, you know, prevent people from being -- i mean, he has done really crazy, crazy things. >> yeah. it seems that the more than anything, the democrats and the president are going to try to paint the campaign next year as a choice between normal and the extreme to really, really label the republicans as radical, and they've got a lot of evidence to do so. trump, of course, but also we're seeing the house of representatives, the one body the republicans control. not only was it hijacked by the fringe of the mat gaetzes of the world, but now the speaker mike johnson in power and we're learning more and more about his radical beliefs. >> unbelievable. republicans had no speaker and they could not agree on anyone. they pick the guy who was sort of number three -- who was sort of lower level in leadership, almost the lowest you can be. he had only been in the house for nine years, and he just completely -- they had no vetting and so they got in there, and he had been doing this podcast, and the stuff he had been saying on this podcast was radically out of line with the rest of the country or anti-lgbtq, anti- -- anti-abortion, anti-choice, anti-contraception. >> right. >> the country is not in a place where they're going to outlaw contraception. the world is not in a place where that's going to happen, and so you have this very radical guy who has never really led the caucus and is trying to pass things and he can't do it. >> and molly, there's been much made of since the last election, the biden campaign is more aggressive in going after trump. it's more about drawing that contrast. do you think that's the right strategy? >> yeah, i do. i think the problem is biden -- i think biden world hoped that things would go back to normal, and the problem is it really isn't normal anymore, and you see this with the republican party. trump is the republican party. we're seeing -- right, the leader of the house is very trumpy. i mean, he got installed because he had work to try to overturn the 2020 election, right? trump really is the leader, and there's so many anti-democratic ideas being pushed by this republican party that i don't think there's any way to separate, you know, the shaft from the weak at this point. >> special correspondent at "vanity fair," molly jong-fast, thank you for coming in. we appreciate it. we'll take a look at sports and a wild day of thanksgiving football including a historic touchdown in dallas and a major upset in detroit. those highlights and we'll get a check on the weather when we come right back. get a check on the weather when we come right back. to the 8. he finds a way through, and mccaffrey twirls to the end zone for the touchdown. >> that was christian mccaffrey turning nothing into something in his second rushing touchdown of the game, both coming in the first half last night. the san francisco 49ers dominated the seattle seahawks with a 21-point lead going into halftime. they would go on to win the thanksgiving nightcap 31-13. it was the 49ers' third straight win over their division rivals. the fourth consecutive over the seahawks in the last couple of years. let's go to dallas where nfl history was made late in the cowboys' blowout of the washington commanders. >> second and 10. there it is. this is history. if he can take it the distance, this would be the record. for the fifth time he has a pick six. this never happened in the history of the nfl. >> a great call there from jim nantz as darren bland sets a record-setting pick six alluding three would be tacklers during that 63-yard return. he has more defensive touchdowns than any other team this season. meanwhile, cowboys quarterback dak prescott had four touchdown throws in the 45 route of washington. he grabbed a turkey leg on the sidelines while there was still six minutes left to go in the game. and in detroit, the lions. oh, the lions, they were upset by the packers. detroit was down by eight late in the first quarter when jared goff was sacked. he scored one of three fumbles on the day for goff. another key play in the game came late in the third quarter. the lions tried a fake punt from their own 23 yard line. the packers very muc as you saw did not fall for it. detroit is having a nice season, but their thanksgiving day losing streak continues. time now for the weather and let's go to meteorologist michelle grossman for the forecast. it's black friday. people are out shopping, and doing plenty of traveling this weekend. >> it's looking good, and it gets dicier as we go towards sunday. let's start as we talk about a blockbuster storm in the rockies. that's the headline today. we're looking from 4 to 6 inches in some spots, the lower elevations of the inner mountain west, but the highest mountain peaks could see 20 inches of snow. along the west coast we're looking good. we're looking good in the south central states up to the midwest, the ohio valley and northeast looking good. we're cold in a lot of spots, well below freezing in portions of the midwest and to the northern plains. 20 degrees below what is typical for this time of year, along with this snow falling on radar, and we're seeing blustery conditions. really frigid temperatures, arctic air working in, and winds gusting over 35 miles per hour. 8 million people impacted by winter alerts through sunday -- through saturday, excuse me, through the central plains. winter storm warnings, winter storm watches and advisoies are in effect. we'll see nearly 2 feet of snow in some spots. that is today, and as we go throughout tomorrow, another quiet day if you are out and about and traveling. still looking at that storm in the middle of the country. otherwise we're pretty quiet. this is a busy day to travel on sunday, one of the busiest, and we're looking at the storm in the rockies ming its way cross country. we're looking at the great lakes, the midwest, and all this rain to the midwest and to tennessee and the southeast. >> thank you very much. good to see you this morning. still coming up on msnbc, we'll continue to follow the developments in the israel/hamas war as a hostage release is expected to happen mere minutes from now. we'll hear from some of the families hoping to bring their loved ones home. we'll be right back. ight back. in the u.s. we see millions of cyber threats each year. that rate is increasing as more and more businesses move to the cloud. - so, the question is... - cyber attack! as cyber criminals expand their toolkit, we must expand as well. we need to rethink... next level moments, need the next level network. [speaker continues in the background] the network with 24/7 built-in security. chip? at&t business. hey, you should try new robitussin honey medi-soothers for long-lasting cough and sore throat relief. try new robitussin lozenges with real medicine and find your voice. you know? we really need to work on your people skills. when my doctor gave me breztri for my copd things changed for me. breztri gave me better breathing, symptom improvement, and reduced flare-ups. breztri won't replace a rescue inhaler for sudden breathing problems. it is not for asthma. tell your doctor if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure before taking it. don't take breztri more than prescribed. breztri may increase your risk of thrush, pneumonia, and osteoporosis. call your doctor if worsened breathing, chest pain, mouth or tongue swelling, problems urinating, vision changes, or eye pain occur. ask your doctor about breztri. welcome back to msnbc's live coverage. 8:34 a.m. on the east coast on this friday morning. i'm jonathan lemire. we appreciate you being with us, and just a short time from now, hamas is set to release a group of hostages, the first group of hostages if the temporary pause of fighting in israel remains. now joining us live from tel aviv is raf sanchez. good to see you. what's the latest there now? just minutes away from the expected first hostage release. >> reporter: well, jonathan, the israeli military says its helicopters are on the runway. they are ready to go collect those first hostages just as soon as they are released. that is scheduled to happen in just 30 minutes' time. what we expect is these hostages to be handed over by hamas to the red cross inside of gaza, and then taken to a border crossing where they will be transferred to the israeli military. at the same time, israel is preparing to release 39 palestinian prisoners in exchange, but this whole deal hinges on that ceasefire agreement holding. this morning for the first time in 49 days, a wary calm in gaza as the ceasefire takes hold. these israeli tanks moving away from the front line and cautious optimism that the first ten hostages will be released. women and children snatched on october 7th. the israeli military releasing video this morning of preparations to receive the hostages including the little kids. president biden saying overnight, he hopes american toddler abigail idan will be among the first freed. she turns 4 years old today. israeli troops have been instructed not to tell her that her parents were murdered by hamas. >> just imagine that she comes home and is with her family, is -- is our light right now, and in such a very dark and terribly, terribly horrific period. >> reporter: other families still waiting. dafna, 15, and her 8-year-old sister ella haven't been seen since their kidnap was streamed live on facebook, but their mother told they're not on the list of hostages coming out today. in gaza, a final massive explosion before the ceasefire. israel says it blew up hamas tunnels underneath the al-shifa hospital. the first of hundreds of aid trucks crossing over from egypt, a welcome sight even if it's a fraction of what gza needs. palestinian civilians venturing back out onto the streets. we're full of hope, this man says. this family leaving the u.n. compound where they have been sheltering from israeli air strikes, but many are desperate to return to the north and see if their homes are still standing. israel's military is forbidding that in what will be an early test of this fragile peace. now you heard president biden there say he hopes that 4-year-old american girl abigail would be released today, but just in the last few minutes, a senior u.s. official is saying the white house not expecting any americans to be freed today. we are very closely monitoring the state of the ceasefire inside gaza and one of the big points of tension right now is you have these displaced palestinians in the south who want to go north to see if their homes are still standing. israel's military not allowing that. so far "the associated press" is saying that two palestinians have been killed by israeli forces since the start of the ceasefire. we asked the israeli military about that. they said they are looking into it, but so far, there is no sign of major fighting and the cease ceasefire does appear to be holding. jonathan? >> we're just minutes away from those first hostages being released. thank you. we'll be following your reporting all morning long here on msnbc. back here at home, the republican presidential candidates are also closely watching what's unfolding in the middle east. former u.n. ambassador nikki haley has put foreign policy at the forefront of her campaign in recent days. she posted a message on social media wednesday writing this. i am overjoyed that families may soon be reunited with their loved ones, but the world must demand more from hamas. why only 50 hostages? demand that hamas release all of the hostages now. joining us here on set to talk about this is politics reporter shelby talbot. so great to see you this morning. let's talk about how the situation in the middle east is impacting the 2024 campaign trail for, you know, foreign policy has not really been at the forefront of this in the first few months other than growing disenchanted with helping ukraine, but now the israel situation is different. how are the candidates trying to address it? >> it's been really interesting to see this ramp up. nikki haley is making this the focus of her campaign because she's the only non-trump candidate who has this level of foreign policy experience, and so her team feels like that matters and that's something that she should obviously highlight, and at the same time, you have ron desantis trying to knock down her experience not with israel or ukraine, but arguing she's been soft on china. nikki haley has been hitting vivek ramaswamy very hard over his lack of foreign policy experience. he's responding recently by going out on the campaign trail and basically asking voters, hey. ask about my foreign policy experience. ask about what i would do if i were president with these foreign policy issues that we're having right now, and so it's been really interesting to see on the campaign trail how they're trying to now incorporate their foreign policy positions in a way that they really haven't so far. >> and what's the republican side's view of what they're seeing in the polls? because president biden of course, has seen in the last six weeks or so, his numbers slip a little bit, and young voters in particular, democrats and some voters of color are unhappy with how he's handled this war saying he's been too pro-israel and not doing enough for the palestinians. do republicans think there's an opportunity there, if not to win over those voters, but at least perhaps they'll stay home? >> i don't believe they believe they can get some of those sorts of voters over to their side. perhaps vivek ramaswamy is maybe the only one because he is so uninterested in u.s. involvement in any sense of the way. >> right. >> but staying home, having those voters stay home would be huge for any of these republican candidates, and they're also trying to garner some of these more conservative young voters, and so if they can garner conservative young voters to their side who are interested in foreign policy, while at the same time people who voted for biden last time around are staying home, that could be the difference in an election. >> i want to get to your latest piece. you write about how the political landscape has changed so much particularly in the republican party since donald trump declared his candidacy. tell us about those broad strokes. >> it's interesting. this time around support for a border wall has really changed since 2016. crime is one of the top issues for voters. they're really concerned about that in a way that they weren't a few years ago. the economy is top of mind, and these are all things that all play into donald trump's repertoire. these are all things that he focuses on the campaign trail, and then it's not just what he's focusing on the campaign trail. if you look at some of these polls, we see poll after poll consistently saying that voters trust donald trump more than joe biden on these various issues, and so that's something that some democrats are really worried about. other democrats have argued that it's too early, that there are other things on the ballot which is certainly true. abortion, democracy on the ballot argument, but this is a red flag for the team biden. >> yeah, and democrats also think that when voters sort of hear more trump again next year -- voters who aren't paying attention every day, they'll be horrified by those radical plans. very briefly, you know, trump, he's been relatively quiet on the israel situation other than to be critical of benjamin netanyahu because netanyahu recognized joe biden's victory as president. is there any sense that those in the gop primary field, and i hesitate to call it much of a race, but do they think it could impact their race with him? >> i think nikki haley believes she has the chops to be able to take it to donald trump on this issue particularly because nikki haley has really laid out her positions. >> right. >> but you have other candidates who just don't really have the foreign policy chops to argue that they would be better than donald trump on something that, you know, voters have not seen them -- the evidence of that. >> we should mention of course, that donald trump spent the early days of this war saying that hezbollah was very smart. >> yes. >> politics reporter, shelby talcott, thank you for coming in. we really appreciate it. still ahead, we'll continue our liveovage of the temporary pause in fighting in the middle east and await the upcoming hostage release. we'll be right back with that. >> the challenge they face is a lot of the communities have been bigfooted by these big retail stores that come in and kind of wipe them out. they really need support from the consumers, which we advocate on the ground with national action network and churches and others and with help like miss gore and hello alice. the new dilemma with the recent supreme court decision, people that wanted to invest in black businesses are being told you can't call it black or latino. so we're fighting that. i think it is important on saturday that people go and shop in their neighborhood. more people are employed by small businesses than other large retailers. >> hello alice launched a new campaign called elevate the american dream after the organization was sued by a group called america first legal, led by steven miller, who was in the trump office and was the author of some of their draconian immigration policies. tell us about the lawsuit. >> we're so proud to have distributed $40 million in grants to small businesses. we're also connected 1.3 million small businesses to credit, loans, the capital they need to employ millions of people in this country. we are not going to stand by and let anyone stop that work. it is critical, especially with a tough economy, with invasion being high that small business owners get equitable access to capital. a big way to do that is lift small business grants. we are going to continue our work. this is a frivolous lawsuit. it is ridiculous. every single person in this country trusts small business owners. we are going to keep going. we're going to double down. go to elevatetheamericandream.com and nominate your favorite small business to potentially get a grant. why are we all fighting against things? fight for small business. they are the most important thing in our community. >> important work, to be certain. small business saturday, tomorrow. elizabeth gore, thank you so much for joining us. >> thank you. >> rev, i want to get your reaction. we are just a few moments away from the first hostages being released in gaza. >> i think it's a very positive moment. from day one i said i wanted to see all of the hostages released. many of us in the faith community, civil rights community, said we we denounce civilians being killed on both sides. i'm against the hard line of hamas and the hard line of netanyahu. i think we need to come together where innocent civilians are not killed, people attacked in gaza and in israel on october 7th and all of the hostages released. it's a good first step, but we need to go further until all the hostages are released and we work out a two-state solution. still ahead, any moment now hamas is expected to begin releasing hostages as part of a deal with israel for a humanitarian pause in gaza. we'll bring you ot live report from tel av. plus we'll break down the critical role the united states an psident joe biden played in negotiating this deal. that's all coming up next. that's all coming up next. ♪♪ lowering bad cholesterol can be hard, even with a statin. diets and exercise add to the struggle. the effort can feel overwhelming. but today, it's possible to go from struggle to cholesterol success with leqvio. taken with a statin, leqvio is proven to lower bad cholesterol by 50%. so, if you feel like you're getting nowhere go with 2 doses a year of leqvio and keep bad cholesterol low. common side effects were injection site reaction, joint pain, and chest cold. when you're ready to go from struggle to cholesterol success talk to your doctor about twice-yearly leqvio to help you lower your cholesterol. lower. longer. leqvio® welcome back to live coverage on this friday, november 24th. it is just before 9:00 a.m. on the east coast. i'm jonathan lemire. we appreciate you being with us. we're continuing to follow the temporary pause in the israel/hamas war. hamas is expected to release some of the hostages they've held since october 7th. 13 women and children are expected to be r ts morning. however, none of 13 are expected to be americans, including the now 4-year-old rl whose parents were killed in the terror attack, tay her birthday. isra i expected to release 39 palestinian
